Terms of service
Last updated October 29, 2026
These terms apply between you and Lomma AS when you use Lomma. They are written to be read; the privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
1. The service
Lomma is a budget app for households: income, costs, savings, receipts, reminders and kids mode, in the browser and as an installable app.
2. Accounts and households
You must be 18 or older to create an account. The person who creates a household is its owner: they invite members, choose the plan and can delete the household. Children use Lomma only through profiles their parents create. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
3. Free and Pro
Lomma is free with some limits. Pro is a subscription for the whole household, paid monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices include VAT. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription, and Pro then lasts to the end of the period you have paid for. If Pro ends, nothing is deleted: items beyond the Free limits become read-only.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a new Pro subscription. When you start Pro you ask us to start right away; if you withdraw, you pay for the days you have used. Write to hjelp@lomma.app to withdraw.
5. Your data
What you put into Lomma is yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You can download a copy or delete the household at any time.
6. Fair use
Do not use Lomma to break the law, to send in other people's documents without the right to, or to try to reach other households' data or overload the service.
7. Not financial advice
Lomma helps you plan, but estimates, price indices, AI readings and suggestions can be wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it; Lomma is not financial, tax or legal advice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Lomma available and your data safe, but cannot promise it is never down. We improve the service continuously; if we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you before it takes effect, and you can end the agreement.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss we cause through negligence, as consumer law says. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the budget, or for indirect loss, as far as the law allows.
10. Ending
You can stop using Lomma at any time. The owner can delete the household under Settings → Privacy and data; it is erased after 14 days. We may close accounts that break these terms, after a warning where possible.
11. Law and disputes
Norwegian law applies, and you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live. Talk to us first; consumers can also bring a complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or the EU's online dispute resolution.
