Questions and answers
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. Lomma works from the budget you set up and the receipts you send in. No bank sign-in, and no access to your accounts.
How safe is it?
Data is stored in Europe and encrypted. Every household is kept apart from all others in the database, and private items are visible only to their owner.
Do the children need their own phone?
No. Make a phone or tablet a family device, and the children pick their profile and sign in with a PIN.
What if we stop using it?
You can download all your data at any time, and delete the household or your account. It is deleted after a 14-day grace period.
What does it cost?
The free plan costs nothing for as long as you like. Pro unlocks everything, and one subscription covers the whole household.
